Training & Programs
Every program at Physique Club begins with a comprehensive consultation and physical assessment. Your coach evaluates your movement patterns, body composition, training history, lifestyle, and goals to design a program that is completely unique to you. Programs are reviewed and adapted weekly based on your progress and feedback.
Training frequency is tailored to your goals, schedule, and recovery capacity. Most clients train between 3 to 5 sessions per week. Your coach will recommend the optimal frequency during your initial consultation and adjust as needed throughout your program.

Our 1-on-1 personal training sessions are 60 minutes. This allows sufficient time for a thorough warm-up, focused training, and any necessary mobility or recovery work.

Yes. We offer the ability to pause your training for holidays, illness, or other circumstances. Speak with your coach or our team to arrange a pause, and we will accommodate you.
Simply contact your coach or our team directly. We will arrange a pause on your program and billing. When you are ready to return, we will pick up right where you left off and adjust your program as needed.
Your weekly debit is processed on the same day each week, aligned with your program start date. Specific billing details are confirmed when you begin your program.
We can discuss alternative payment arrangements during your consultation. We aim to make our programs accessible and will work with you to find a payment structure that suits your situation.
Yes. We do not believe in locking clients into contracts they are unhappy with. Cancellation terms are straightforward and discussed transparently when you begin. Our goal is for you to stay because of results, not obligations.

Physique Club is located at 17 Grattan St, Prahran VIC 3181. We operate from a private, fully-equipped training studio in the heart of Prahran, Melbourne.

Yes. Our online coaching program delivers the full Physique Club experience anywhere in the world. It includes custom training programs, weekly check-ins, macro and meal planning, form review and corrections, and community access, all delivered through our premium coaching app.
Our Prahran studio is a private training facility. You train in a focused, well-equipped environment without the crowds and distractions of a commercial gym. The studio features competition-grade equipment from brands like Newtech and Eleiko.
Yes. Our team includes both male and female coaches with diverse specialisations including women's health, hormonal balance, rehabilitation, body recomposition, and strength development. We match you with the coach best suited to your goals and preferences.
Our 1-on-1 sessions take place at our private Prahran studio. However, our online coaching clients can train at any gym of their choice with a fully customised program designed for their available equipment.
