Te-Ana Hill is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer, specialising in body recomposition, performance, rehabilitation, and nervous system regulation. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals in a safe, effective, and empowering way, whether that's weight loss, body recomposition, hormonal health, injury rehabilitation, or optimising athletic performance.
With extensive experience in exercise, strength training, and functional rehabilitation, Te-Ana creates personalised programs that focus on building resilience, strength, and long term results. Her coaching blends evidence based strategies with practical solutions, ensuring clients not only reach their goals but understand their bodies, hormones, and movement patterns to maintain results for life.
Te-Ana's approach goes beyond exercise. She integrates nervous system regulation, effective exercise strategies and functional health principles to support hormonal balance, recovery, and overall well being. She believes sustainable transformation comes from knowledge, consistency, and self-respect instead of quick fixes and fad/all or nothing approaches.
Outside of coaching, Te-Ana loves strength training, beach walks, and creating educational programs that empower people to take ownership of their health. Her mission is to help people thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally, building confidence, strength, and vitality through sustainable lifestyle habits.
