LIAM FITZGERALD

I have dedicated the last 12+ years to personal training and have an excellent reputation for creating life-changing results & supporting people from all walks of life to reach their goals.

I pride myself on helping others in achieving greatness. With the right plan, support system, and dedication, anyone can step up & become the person they want to be.

My specialties are general nutrition/programming for health & lifestyle change, photoshoot & competition preparation, advanced muscle building & fat loss management.

As a competitor myself, I enjoy training men and women who hope to compete, as I believe that to coach someone to succeed on stage requires experience, which is why I have competed in the IFBB 4 times. Over the years, my clients have won nearly every division of the ICN competitions.

When I’m not on the gym floor making people laugh, I’ll either be training the house down, writing some epic programs, or improving my skill set by learning & practising what I preach!

I have been lucky enough to learn & complete courses from some of the greatest minds in health & fitness, including Posturepro, Charles Poliquin & Poliquin Group, John Meadows, Andrew Benoit, Muscle Nerds, Menno Hanselman, Duane Alley, Andrew Lock.

Amelia Vitale

I specialise in all things female health and have a huge passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves by developing good daily habits and using proper training and nutrition methods that match their lifestyles. I don’t believe in restrictive diets or long-term deprivation because, let’s face it, nobody enjoys that!

I love getting to know my clients on a personal level because the more I know about you, the more I can help you. Along with movement and nutrition, we will work on mindset to empower you on your journey to becoming more confident and radiant in your own skin.

As a woman, I can relate to the struggles that other women face, such as self-worth, body dissatisfaction, disordered eating patterns, and gym anxiety. These are all issues that I have experienced myself, and I am passionate about helping others overcome them.

When I’m not coaching in the gym or working on my own fitness, you’ll find me playing with my cat, cooking, reading, taking a walk, or learning something new through educational videos.
